the thing that really annoys me and is also ridiculous, the fortnightly recycle, the bin fer bottles, tin bag, paper bag, we store them in the yard, but have to carry em through the house dripping wet when its been raining, to place em at the front door,cos they will NOT collect em from the back. have had umpteen debates with the council about this, older or disabled would find this practice very difficult, plus aint very good when these articles are dripping on yer carpet,we recycle but these dozy prats DO NOT encourage people to do so.
