It was Dr. Macdonald, he, and the rest of them in there, were all really nice.
I had quite a few laughs whilst in hospital.
After the angiogram they said I had the heart of a thirty year old ....(pause)....horse, before they said just kidding.
Another time I was explaining about the pain of a DVT in my leg, the doctor asked me to roll up my pyjama trousers and said he thought it looked terribly swollen.
When I pointed out it looked exactly the same as my other calf, and my well muscled legs were the results of water-skiing from age of eight, he appologised, and joined in the laughter with me and the nurses.
