You're right, Mick...it was...I suggested 20th because it's nearest to mid-summer and I thought that would be a good date...we did have it on here and no one suggested any different - thats why we went for it. Anyway, no matter...there's really no harm done and we can't expect everyone to turn up, because whatever date we choose someone will not be able to make it. I think it's to late to cancel anyway...people have already made arrangements. What I think we can do is start thinking about the next meeting after this one, remembering of course that the hols are coming up late July/early August. We need to aim for a date/time/location that maximises the number of people that can turn up, so what I suggest is that we look for an approximate date, let people suggest exact dates/locations and then have a vote on it.
