I have to agree that the supplements should have a list of side affects, i got a very interesting one from the supplement i am taking, i asked at the chemist and it wasnt listed in their medication book as a supplement,i ended up posting it on a mummies forum and they all said they had had the same thing......scared the hell outta me!
