Absolutely true Margaret. There was an item in the news not long ago about someone who died from drinking too much water. You can overdose on eggs but it would be ludicrous to have to get those on prescription wouldn't it? If people cannot buy these supplements from legitimate sources in future it will lead to a black market and probably more of the contaminated products being circulated. It's the sledgehammers and nuts syndrome again.
