Not sure why this has been on the News today being heralded as new. As far as I’m aware it isn’t new. Our G.P. has been prescribing this to my better half for the last 3 years at least for the condition mentioned ( vitamin B12 Compound - Early Onset Dementia - deficiency of Thiamine )

If our G.P. knew to prescribe it in 2004 he can’t have been the only one to know. Therefore I’ve known for a few years what it can be used to aid. Bet the girls on the till at Holland an Barrett didn’t know.
