stevie wonder once did a comedy sketch years ago where he played a taxi driver and as of yet i havnt heard of any blind people rushing out and trying to learn to drive

mind you thinking about it blind people woudlnt have been able to see the sketch to mimic it so iguess that point is now invalid lol

in life on mars gene hunt drinks whiskey then jumps in a car and sets off at high speed down teh roads after bad guys infact most of his team are drinking booze but i dont think that encouraged anyone to go to the pub , down a few whiskeys and drive home
