They paid by credit card so they will be reimbursed, thank goodness, as they've paid over £5000. I feel so sorry for those who've lost their money and also those who are/have been stranded abroad. It's the usual story, by all accounts, this firm has been in trouble for some time but they've kept on taking bookings, in other words clients' money, right up to the day before they collapsed.

MargaretR, please do tell where you stayed in Malta that was so dire. I'm only asking out of sheer nosyness, I know it's not where I stay.
