Not quite, apparently. Did anyone see the programme on TV the other night that suggested the match was rigged? We all know about Geoff Hurst's goal that wasn't, this programme highlighted several dubious refereeing decisions to support its claim that the match was won by less than fair means. If I remember correctly the inference was that the ref had accepted a bung.
