I can't comment on a wall I haven't seen.
A bricklayer lays what he is told to lay he can't pick and choose It's decided by the Architect.

Accrington Nori are/were by far the best bricks in the world but they are Engineering bricks more suited for bridges - Factories/Chimneys etc.than House building.
The shear weight of them and the fact that they are impervious to water means you are limited to the number you can lay without the wall buckling under the weight.Not much use when you are paid by the number of bricks layed.

Although many houses all over the world are built with them.
