I just heard that Paul Newman died today, aged 83, after fighting cancer for some years.

Paul was married for 50 years to his 2nd wife, Joanne Woodward. He was one of my favourite actors, I particularly liked him as Butch Cassidy, a very handsome man (much handsomer than Redford

) and - oh - those blue eyes!
