Local police 'safety purge'
Someone I know has been booked today for not wearing a seatbelt, and During the 'booking procedures' the police now do (DLA etc), he was told that there is a safety purge ongoing in Hyndburn-
seat belts, mobile phone use, tyres, lights etc.
