Sorry, Katex I can't agree. I don't think that pic looks like Neil.
Even if I did think that Neil had a face like Bill Sykes's dog I couldn't say it on here. He knows where I live and if I annoy him he might do what Sharon Osbourne said she does when someone annoys her and send me one of his turds in the post.
