Well, not the only thing that may stop you in yer tracks Cazzer, closed off Barnes Street today for major works (welcome back .. LOL). Can't get access from the bottom, but presume can from the top 'just for access'. Will try and take a look for you later.
Think was in the Observer last week, but wrapped me lamb chop bones in that section ..
