Badly designed goods

Grrrrrr - I am seriously stressed today.
The Hoover fridge freezer I bought last December is badly designed.
For the second time this year I have had to phone Hoover customer services to request a replacement drawer for the freezer section.

When the drawer is full the weight gives it momentum when pulled,
and there is no drawer stop,
so it comes out completely,
lands on the floor,
spills all contents
and the drawer front snaps off,
and will not refix because a flimsy plastic lug that connects the drawer to the drawer front is snapped.

I have obtained a promise of a free replacement for the second time, (because the thing is less than a year old), but I can see this is going to be a recurring problem.

A bag of grated mozarella cheese burst its contents all over the floor amongst the carriers containing 2 weeks groceries which had just been delivered.

So if you are shopping around for a fridge freezer avoid this one
