Ours has done that since we bought it in 2001. A couple of weeks ago, I was so stressed I pulled it out completely and armed with superglue, vowed to fix it once and for all. The family steered well clear: I'm so incompetent with DIY that in the rare instances I decide it take action, it's because I'm
really p*ss*d off.
Then I noticed that the lugs that should have been at the top to hold the drawer front on were at the bottom, and vice versa.
