Well, have offered .. Mercer Park seems well kept at the moment.
Not trying to be controversial or anything, but think the time has come to give up on Milnshaw, flatten it and just make it a pleasant area just to walk through. Mind you, this may cost more than renovation, but won't cost too much to maintain.
