'Andrew Cole is on the verge of announcing his retirement after he was told that his £15,000 per week contract at Nottingham Forest would be cancelled within the next 48 hours..he has made it clear that he would walk away fro the game if he was not given sufficient starting opportunities'.
He is 37 years old !....but could he find 'sufficient starting opportunities' at the FES?.
But then does £15 K sounds just a tad beyond even the deep pockets of our Chairman ??. (Sorry Eric!).
But here I am wishing again....Heigh Ho!!.
