Anyway, Dr Who, to me, will always be Tom Baker with that long scarf. He was the one when my children were being scared half to death by the daleks.

Yes, I liked Christopher Eccleston too, and you have rather said what I was just going to .. that Dr. Who should have a large amount of eccentricity, and didn't feel David Tennent did this too well, always felt he was more of an Earth bound character, rather than one that floats around in time ..just my opinion however.
