I think it strange that a Westend lad should attend Woodnook when Rhyddings was much nearer. However, if you do make contact with Robert Greenwood, I feel sure that he will be the same lad who lived in Percy st (Osw) with whom I was matey when his family lived in Orange St and were somehow friendly with my grandma, with whom I lived in Dowry st. His mum had two Polish lodgers and one was called Marian, which i thought very funny for a bloke. . Haven't thought about him for years. Maybe he went to woodnook because he had gone there when he lived in Orange St and didn't like changing schools.
