After having done a "Full destructive repair" as advised by my PC hot-line and having virtually nothing on disk I too have had the message pop-up several times. Will try the click-by-click and let you know how I get on. I have had problems with getting on-line so contacted my ISP to be told I had some "Tcpip" files missing and to contact my pc hot-line. This lead to the repair and then it turned out to be a fault with the server at my ISP.............was not happy when I found that out
