I doubt whether reporting it will stop it, and may cause the little lovies
to vengefully do it more.
As you are a tenant you are likely to be responsible for
interior redecorating only.
There are special anti graffiti paints which will mean that the graffiti will be easily removed by soap and water (and maybe rain), but I have just googled and found they cost £40 a litre
