I thought that too Garinda, but they just said to paint the top and front edges yellow, with the main step red! It was red before anyway. The point about suing is, that had he been injured, and sued, we would probably have been liable, and the HSE would investigate something which they instigated, bet they wouldnt pay the bill though!
