No, that is the temp for Kingston, ON, Canada .... I have to admit that it is way above average for this time of year; and next week it is going to cool off big time.
If it makes you feel any better there is a snow storm warning in effect for south eastern Manitoba
... which is only two days drive west of here. And there is lots of snow in the high Arctic and the Rockies.
