I am following a detailed programme of food supplements recommended by Dr Sarah Myhill who specialises in curing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
(my blog says more).
I am making progress and dont want the inevitable setback that the vaccine would cause me.
She advises that the risks to the individual should be weighed. I rarely go out in winter so have a low exposure risk, so I have chosen not to have it.

The ability to hibernate is a priviledge that few can manage
I will maybe wear a facemask when my groceries are delivered
