Although I'm in a high risk group, I refuse to have the flu jab. I last had it (the flue jab Neil) in 1994, before that within days of having the jab, it was away with the blue flashing lights, then in and out of hospital four, five or six times over the winter. Since 1994 I've been an in patient 3 times only 2002 in early September and twice this year July and early September again, in fact I was discussing the fact only 2 hours ago with my consultant at the Royal Blackburn. The only sacrifices I make are that I don't go into crowded place in the flu season, and if friends of relatives have any coughs or colds they keep away, because people can die from these ailments, if they give um to me
. In fact I'm a bit like Margaret in that respect as we both seem to hibernate during the winter
