What gets me is that when a child is on an at risk list surely regular visits should be made and bodily inspections etc. Going of the last photofit of that little lad and the evidence from the young girl who was staying there(who incidently didnt say anything until it was to late) the abuse could have been spotted sooner had the child been looked at.
