What's a 'trailing dot' ?

Entered it like this :-

TESTING FOR CAPITALS. T.F.C.

Understand why you would not wish all thread titles not to have caps ... have noticed a sticky thread by Mick which starts as CONGRATULATIONS .. the rest lower case.

Oh hang on .. see what K.S.H. means .. didn't put the dot after the 'C' did I.
