Yes, it's a sad state of affairs.
When did the word 'glass' become a verb?
It seems to be happening more and more though so something needs to be done......there needs to be a tougher deterrent for many crimes including murder so this is probably way down on the list for the government.
In the meantime it looks like plastic glasses are the answer.
