Sky+ works with any subscribed package, so you'll be ok as long as you have a paid for subscription. Sky dropped the additional £10 Sky+ fee some time ago, so you'll be ok.
If you're upgrading from a normal box you may have to upgrade your cable and dish though, as Sky+ uses dual cable (shotgun cable), as it needs two feeds for each tuner. You could use it with an old dish and cable, but you'll only be able to record the channel you're watching.
