I actually wont have a TV now on principle. Haven’t had one for over 4 years and don’t miss it a bit. I have my Mac and the internet for all the news I need, plus any games and I would much rather spend the few spare hours I have reading rather than watch the absolute tripe that gets put on TV. I’m not in the slightest bit interested in who can dance or sing, how much talent Britain doesn’t have, cops chasing criminals or how some London snooty is re-wallpapering someone’s home. TV rots the mind and adds to the apathy of the masses.
