My past experience with M&S online sales means that you need to get in quick cos things sell out fast.
I have thought 'why buy clothes during hibernation?' - because I am an optimist
and I do go out about twice a month (to make sure the 4 minute warning hasn't happened and I missed it)
PS had a coat delivered from M&S monday and got 15%off so not returning nor griping
