I would like to focus on the questions asked above please.

I have been asked where the money is coming from and please remember it's not my project I'm only trying to get more responses to the questions to help the process.

But I've done a bit of searching on the Elevate website and it does say that the funding is place from NWDA. It looks like this really might happen chaps.
