I work in Ossy, my work involves driving all over town usually in the evening. I am amazed at the amount of youths that walk (swagger!) along in the middle of the road and refuse to move. I was going along Catlowhall street the other week and encountered about 7 of them. They didn't look that old either, all waltzing along in the road. Do they think they are invincible?
I'm not saying that this is what happened with this young lad and I hope he gets well quickly.
