You may be wondering why this was a stroke of good  fortune.The answer is simple,they had to drag in a Locum.
Within 3 days I was seeing a specialist in B'burn Royal,The day after I had a Biopsy.
This week on Tue I saw the surgeon- Wed had an MRI and Thu.I had an operation to remove potentially cancerous cells.
I don't recommend letting people stick needles in your tongue.Believe me it hurts.

I know just what you went through beni, I've had two ulcers removed at the Royal and as you said sticking a needle in your tongue ain't right nice, but at least the outcome was okay and nothing untoward came from it, hope that's the case with you Beni
