As Cashy runs a highly successful rock 'n' roll night - one of the most popular in the area - I would suggest that he knows more about what to play at this type of event than you do.
As for Led Zeppelin's "Rock And Roll", despite the fact that John Bonham modelled his drum pattern on Earl Palmer's in Little Richard's "Good Golly Miss Molly", they could be done under the Trades Description Act for giving the song a title like that!
