We've had this "let's hide the smokes" thing in Ontario for a few months now ... it's just bs .... smokes are now about $8 a pack of 25 in the stores; but 'round here many people buy the cheap smokes on the rez (Tyendenaga Mohawk First Nation)
.... they sell for as little as $10 a carton of 200, as the govt. can't tax tobacco on First Nations territory.
