I take no prescription drugs whatsoever (not even paracetemol)
My current problem is CFS due to vitamin B12 deficiency which was caused by prescription drugs (antacids in particular)
I am following Dr Myhill's food supplement recommendations and am getting better
My lounge does resemble a stockroom at Holland and Barretts - but I import mine from California where they are cheaper.
