OK, it isn't cheap at £199 but it was on TV and Dr Chris Steele said it was effective in controlling blood pressure...tha machine is called Resperate......and I'm not sure if i haven't read somewhere that they do a money back guarantee.

One time I had taken my blood pressure and it was a bit high, I'd been doing a bit of milling in my workshop, and I must have cut myself on some swarf, face aches always complaing about blood dripping on the kitchen floor, when I come out of my workshop, (can't feel pain from cuts and things) when she'd stopped the bleeding and put a plaster on it, out of curiosity I took my blood presssure and it was way down from the earlier reading, by 20.
