That was the idea of the drink - it did not work. I have been struggling to get to sleep in the mornings for my last couple of night shifts. I come home all nice and sleepy, get the kids breakfast and school dinners ready, take then to school and nursery, come home to bed and can't sleep. It is getting silly, still awake at 12 noon today.
