He quite possibly could have been giving items to oxfam and that could be the reason for him parking on the disabled space infront of this shop for a few minutes.
I know lots of people with disabled badges who are not disabled enough to warrant a badge, a lot of them exaggerate their disability to get better benefits and a perk of this is a disability badge.I only have sympathy for the elderly and genuine disabled who are the minority badge holders.
I would think twice before acting like a idiot and parking your car across another and blocking it in.You might get your own car damaged or your tyres puntured doing a trick like that, unless that badge of yours is more privileged and allows you to take the law into your own hands.
