the bloke on the phone was very nice and he was on the phone for about 10 minutes telling me that they can't go around continuously monitoring every road/street in Lancashire and that the highways agency rely on the general public to inform them of such things |
Maybe if they carried out road maintenance on a regular basis there wouldn't be pot holes in the first place, just a thought
