John & others,
To my knowledge to be a director of a private company you need to be a shareholder.
EW has made it no secret that if there are generous rich individuals out there, they can join the board as an associate director. Everybody's case is different so if you want to come on board feel free to get in touch and I'm sure the Chairman will outline whats required!!
