Anyway as someone who does smoke and as been known to drop fag ends on the road ... not on the pavement .. i always aim for a grate ... then yes she should pay the fine, she shouldnt have dropped it. |
Might invest on one of these, the majority of the time i put mine out on the ground or a bin and put the stubb in a bin but am still kinda worried about setting fire to the bin lol
