The misleading statement that Council Tax would raise by 3.6% was thebn published in Accrington Observer, but you fail to have any opinion on a local newspaper posting information, which is dubious, when you read the report of actually circulated at Hyndburn Borough Council's Cabinet meeting.

So what is your opinion of the press report that Council Tax will rise by 3.6%?

My opinion is they should have reported it, as council tax will rise by 3.6%...
