That is correct, no 6 was purchased while house prices were down, as a quick sale and needed quite a bit of work inside and out, and yes I used to live there (rented) and it was a nice house and a pleasant street to live on
and yes, it is Lemonius Street allthough I have seen a number of variations on the spelling
