Good point I suppose, I don't pay council tax, but I pay enough bloody VAT on stuff for uni that goes to the EU and that gets pumped back into the British economy.
So I feel I pay my fair share to society. Just like I pay my fair contributions to NHS and so on.
Plus I'll probably end up paying far more than most people in taxes if I end up with a good job after my degree, so it all ends up being paid and I personally have no problem with that.
