Cake tin
I have this nice recipe for Banana cake i want to make tomorrow
Makes 1 x 900g loaf
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 40-45 minutes
2 ripe bananas (about 400g)
150g softened butter
150g soft brown sugar
300g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
100ml vegetable oil
The problem is i cant find a cake tin to fit the Bananas in only square or round cake tins
so anyone know where i can get a cake tin the right shape ?
