We usually elect people with brains .... Being a second rate actor might qualify someone for the office of President of the United States (didn't RR once play a supporting role in a movie starring a chimp), but he will never make it in Canada .... and we have a Prime Minister, not a president .... our Head of State is Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll, we say "zed" not "zee." We measure distance in kms not miles .... we measure our temps in celsius (usually with "-" before the number), Canadian football has 3 downs, not four, we drink good, strong, beer, we have two official languages etc. etc. etc.
Talking of Presidents and Prime Ministers ... PRESIDENT Obama is in Ottawa today, holding talks with PRIME MINISTER Harper.
