Well I had 4 in the 70s, didn't even know what a disposable looked like.
Had 2 in 89 and had the terries, but did invest in a few packs of disposables occasionally, lot of flippin nappies with 2 especially with 4 teenagers to sort as well.
Didn't have my first washer till after my second cashy, and that was an old servis with the mangle on.
Got my first fridge after the fourth one came along.
Remember getting my first automatic washer, can't remember when, but I sat in front of it watching the first time I used it coz it was so brilliant.
